Effective May 23rd, VSP providers can order ALL 1.74 products through
Eyefinity!

This includes: 

*	Varilux Physio 360 Thin & Lite 1.74 with Crizal Alizé Clear Guard 
*	Varilux Ipseo Thin & Lite 1.74 with Crizal Alizé Clear Guard 
*	New: Aspheric Single Vision Thin & Lite 1.74 with Crizal Alizé Clear
Guard in Single Vision - Coded: BA+BJ+QT 
*	New: Varilux Physio Thin & Lite 1.74 with Crizal Alizé Clear Guard -
Coded: FA+FJ+QT 
*	New: Varilux Panamic Thin & Lite 1.74 with Crizal Alizé Clear Guard
- Coded: FA+FJ+QT 

When these products are selected on Eyefinity, the QT coating code will
automatically be selected so that ECPs get reimbursed for a Crizal Alizé
category coating.
