Fundamental Courses Take these before the mid year LDO or JCAHPO Exam.
These courses will be taught from 6:30 -9:30 PM. per course. Held at
Swedish Hospital. All courses have ABO NCLE and/or JCAHPO (A) and
AOC Credit.

Contact Lenses I -Theory Oct 15 16 & 22 2007 (3 Sessions) =

Contact Lenses II -Hands On Nov 5, 6 & 12 2007 (3 Sessions) =

Any of these courses can be held in your clinic with guaranteed
sufficient enrollment.

Refracting Courses: The following courses in Seattle are held at
Swedish Hospital MC 747 Broadway Seattle, WA 98104 or can be arranged
to be taught in your clinic on a different date. Consider an In House
Course where the instructor comes to you.Dates and times can be arranged
according to your needs. If taught in a clinic, and if more convenient
for you, the clinic can be billed after class.
