[Opticians] Late OAW Registration

 The OAW fax line is having some technical difficulties and will not be
fixed until Monday the 11th.  If you have been trying to email your
membership  to take advantage of the Early Bird special I will honor it
until Monday the 11th when the Fax is fixed.
